Overview of The Premier Catheter Supplies Scholarship Program
Premier Catheter Supplies is pleased to announce we will be offering (2) $1,000 scholarships to U.S. Students in 2022. Our aim is to assist students who are pursuing higher levels of education with tuition and education-related costs. To apply please answer the following essay prompt:
Essay Prompt: In 1,000 words tell our committee what you have decided to major in and why.
NOTE: All essays must be original content written by the applicant. The essays will be judged on grammar, creativity, and content. Please do not directly call the office regarding the scholarship. Applicants who fail to meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.
Submission Requirements
To be considered for the Premier Catheter Supplies Scholarship, applicants are required to submit their application, essay, and proof of enrollment for a college or university at pcsscholarships@gmail.com by December 1st, 2022. The scholarships will be awarded in January 2023. Please include your proof of enrollment, application, and essay in PDF format. Once the application deadline has passed, our scholarship review committee will review your submission and announce the two scholarship recipients. If you are selected we will contact you VIA email.

- List the honors and awards you’ve received.

- In 100 words or less, tell why you feel like you are the right candidate to receive the scholarship

Eligibility Requirements
You must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited college or university to pursue an associate’s, undergraduate, or graduate degree. In your application, please include either a transcript or acceptance letter to demonstrate your proof of academic enrollment.
NOTE: Employees and relatives of those who work for Premier Catheter Supplies may not apply for the scholarship.
